Tri-Wall began cooperation with Ford in China in 2003, as Ford's approved packaging supplier in China. Tri-Wall assisted Ford in establishing the IMC packaging system in China, which Ford has used to deliver more than 10million parts from China to the US with a zero damage rate.- In addition, Tri-Wall is developing business with other automotive companies such as Chrysler, GM, Volkswagen, Honda, Toyota, and domestic Chinese makers.
- Here is an example of the result of poor box quality and improper packing. Ford has suffered a large loss due to damaged parts, delay of production, premium freight cost for air-shipping replacement parts, rework, repacking, etc..
