TW Michigan is a joint venture with HG Packaging, LLC, a company located in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan which mainly supplies heavy duty packaging for automobile component manufacturers.
The Tri-Wall Group carries out its business related to heavy duty corrugated packaging mainly in Asia and Europe. By having this manufacturing and sales location in the United States, where the manufacturing sector, including the automobile industry, is expected to return, Tri-Wall aims to further strengthen its business and meet packaging needs which are becoming more diverse and global.

We are pleased to announce that Tri-Wall Limited has acquired 58% of the share capital in TPMS Polska Sp. z o.o., a manufacturer of heavy duty packaging materials in Poland.
TPMS Polska has its head office and plant near Kraków, a city in the southern part of Poland, as well as subsidiaries in Germany and Slovakia, and mainly supplies packaging materials, such as heavy duty corrugated packaging for automobile component manufacturers. Its strength lies in designing, proposing, and delivering just-in-time the most appropriate packaging that meets customers’ needs by combining various types of materials.
The Tri-Wall Group carries out its business related to heavy duty corrugated packaging mainly in Asia and Europe. By having business locations in East Europe, where the demand for heavy duty packaging materials is rising with the increasing numbers of automobile component manufacturers in the region, Tri-Wall aims to strengthen its business base and further enhance its supply system to meet the various packaging needs in Europe.

Donoghue Packaging is a multi-material fabricator based in Cork, Ireland with a focus on value added designs, predominantly servicing the high end electronics and manufacturing sectors in Ireland. Most of the work contains not only a range of corrugated solutions but also complex designs from foam, metal and wood. With a high service offering, composite pack assembly and a wide range of manufacturing processes, Donoghue is a very capable fabricator.
Following the signing of Suttons Performance Packaging earlier in 2016, Donoghue further strengthens the Tri-Wall Europe Fabricator network and reaffirms Tri-Wall’s commitment to building and supporting its network.
Tri-Wall is the global brand which is synonymous with high quality heavy duty cardboard material. After establishing a strong foothold in the packaging material market for automobile parts and other heavy industrials, Tri-Wall would like to search for new possibilities through creative projects in the academia-industry.
In cooperation with the Hong Kong Design Institute (HKDI) and Birmingham City University (BCU), Tri-Wall is developing creative designs to showcase including point of purchase (POP) and furniture displays environmental friendliness, strength, ease of processing – these advantages of Tri-Wall combined with the free inspiration and design skills of HKDI and BCU students have extended the possibilities of Tri-Wall’s heavy duty cardboard material, which was shown to the public in June, 2016 at PMQ, the cultural center of Hong Kong.
WiLLiFE K.K (Tokyo, Japan) exhibited and introduced its line-up of ecoffin products at the Funeral Business Fair held on July 5th and 6th at the exhibition hall of Yokohama Pacific, Yokohama-City in Japan.
The main material for all five of these ecoffins is Tri-Wall’s Bi-Wall Pak or a combination of Tri-Wall Pak and wood from forest thinning. During the past several years WiLLiFE and Heiwa Casket have worked hard in developing eco-friendly coffin products using Tri-Wall Pak and Bi-Wall Pak. They have learned how to make use of Tri-Wall materials and how best to design each ecoffin so that it is acceptable to the market.
Mr. Masuda, President of WiLLiFE says, “During this two-day exhibition, we received numerous interesting inquiries, not only to supply ecoffin products, but also to develop new items such as display items, which use Tri-Wall Pak”.
On 22nd May, the final of “2016 Tri-Wall Package Competition” was launched at Tianjin University of Commerce with the topic of “Beautiful life and happy packaging”. The competition was hosted by Tianjin University of Commerce and sponsored by Tri-Wall China. The judge panel was composed of senior scholars and business representatives which ensured the authority and justice of this competition. The projects were closely related to the topic from Tri-Wall with features of practical and producible. Meanwhile, all the projects showed the environmental-friendly feature of Tri-Wall materials. At the end, the design of Wang Xuelian from North China University of science and technology won the 1st place with her design of Children Table and chair package design. The “Groove packing” of Wang Xizu from Tianjin University of Commerce got the Viewer’s Choice Award.
As one of the first companies to pass the new ISO Audit since being revised in Austria and globally, Tri-Wall Austria passed the QM audit by ISO 9001:2015, which is known worldwide as the new standard in quality management. The new standard incorporates new extended requirements as compared to the previous version.
In the 2nd quarter of 2016, Tri-Wall completed a project with the Singapore Polytechnic Design School(SPDS). This event was for the 3rd year students during their Graduation Night for their final projects. There were 500 pcs of Tri-Wall AAAF Size 1400 x 2300mm being used to complete the project.
